  16. RCD’s (safety switches) and hard wired smoke alarms are present

What is excluded?

  1. Issues related to compliance with the building regulations and acts.
  2. Anything below ground.
  3. Anything concealed within the walls e.g. insulation.
  4. Explanation of zoning, title or ownership matters.
